Our Story
In the 50 years we have been in the industry, we have acquired vast experience in all phases from manufacturing of computer room units, installation, technical support, repairs and service.
Our experience spans from large commercial systems to the smaller units, enhancing our range of expertise. Our organization has full engineering, building design, ductwork, piping, chilled water as well as steam and refrigerant systems capabilities.
Over the years, our company has advanced to the technical field of environmental controls and clean room units. We also began manufacturing our own computer room units and have become an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for approximately 10 years.

Where It All Began
This photo captures Steve Layton and the earliest crew in front of one of our first company vans, not long after the doors opened in Brooklyn. Their hands-on work ethic is still the foundation of how we build, install, and service systems today.

Our Facility
We presently occupy approximately 20K Sq. Ft. of office, manufacturing, parts and warehouses, in addition to our own sheet metal shop. Our Brooklyn facility houses everything needed to design, manufacture, and support precision HVAC solutions.
